Abstract

The implementation of an individual educational trajectory is one of the key priorities of modern higher education. The main aspects that ensure the development of individual educational trajectories of higher education applicants are: the flexibility of educational programs, the modular structure of educational programs, which allows you to form an individual curriculum; the ability to choose disciplines, topics of course and qualification works; recognition of the results of non-formal and informal education. An important component of the individual educational trajectory of a modern student is international academic mobility. Academic mobility involves the ability of students to study, intern or conduct research in foreign educational or scientific institutions. The main advantages of mobility are the expansion of the worldview, the improvement of language skills, the acquisition of intercultural competencies, access to the best educational resources and opportunities. Academic mobility provides an opportunity to realize unique individual educational needs and interests, integrate the experience of academic mobility into the curriculum and the recognition of results. Distinguish internal and external academic mobility. Internal academic mobility is implemented between HEIs within the same country. External or international academic mobility is realized between HEIs of different countries. According to the method of organization, an organized, realized within the framework of an interuniversity academic partnership and an individual, realized on the student's own initiative, are distinguished. Forms and types of academic mobility are determined by cooperation agreements between HEIs. Academic freedom of applicants for higher education provides the right to independently choose an individual educational trajectory, realize the possibility of changing specialization, transferring to another program, actively participate in the formation of an individual curriculum that contributes to the formation of a responsible, comprehensively developed, competitive and self-fulfilling personality.
