The article considers the challenges faced by medical professionals in terms of effective communication, and the prospects for improving communication skills between doctors and patients, and other specialists in the medical field, and offers an overview of the importance of communication in medical practice and provides practical advice on improving communication with patients, drawing attention to the fact that high-quality and effective communication can improve treatment outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and improve relationships between patients and medical staff. Key aspects of communication are covered, such as active listening, clear explanations of medical terms, empathy and the use of non-technical language.
