Abstract

Conducting a survey using remote technologies (Google form, questionnaire form on the Microsoft platform) is one of the most popular methods of obtaining information, which provides an opportunity to receive answers to various questions, as well as options for visual statistical processing of the received material. The purpose of the article is to analyze the conducted monitoring studies among various groups of stakeholders at the Odesa National Medical University (ONMedU) and to form further prospects for the development of questionnaires in institutions of higher medical education. The purpose of the research is to obtain objective information about the functioning of the medical education system, the rating and reputation of ONMedU, the social and psychological climate among ONMedU teams, as well as the quality of education, the educational process and educational needs of internal stakeholders (students of higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers, the administration of ONMedU), as well as external stakeholders (employers, graduates, representatives of public associations and authorities, applicants, etc.) of ONMedU for the purpose of forming a positive scientific, academic and professional image, improving the educational process and establishing communication links with higher education stakeholders. In the 2021–2023 academic years, ONMedU conducted surveys of stakeholders such as ONMedU graduates, employers, students of higher education. Questionnaires of different groups of stakeholders of ONMedU are an informative means of obtaining an objective view on a number of issues of the educational process and psychological circumstances. In the future, it is advisable to use already formed questionnaires, as well as to create new ones aimed at studying the opinions of respondents on more specific issues, for example, the preparation and conduct of graduation certification.
