The article investigates the current issue of using mobile applications and digital resources for learning English for professional purposes in undergraduate medical education. Given the growing importance of English in the global medical community and the increasing globalization of modern medical practices, the need for proficiency in medical English among future doctors is becoming more pressing. The article explores how modern digital technologies, including mobile apps and online platforms, can serve as an effective tool in studying English for professional purposes. The article focuses on mobile applications such as Duolingo, Memrise, and Quizlet, which are widely used to study medical terminology and develop language skills. These apps allow medical students to learn at their own pace and time, while also providing an interactive learning experience. Additionally, the article discusses online platforms like Coursera and edX that offer specialized courses in medical English, allowing students to deepen their knowledge through video lectures, interactive exercises, and tests. The article also addresses the issues of personalized learning and the adaptability of mobile applications, which allow students to tailor the learning process according to their needs. However, the challenges associated with technical limitations, insufficient alignment of learning materials with academic programs, and potential degradation in the quality of education without proper integration of these tools into traditional teaching methods are also considered. The article provides recommendations for improving the use of digital technologies in medical English education. Not only the selection of appropriate apps is important, but also the systematic monitoring of student progress and the adaptation of teaching methodologies to the conditions of digital education. The results of the research show that the use of mobile applications and digital resources enhances student motivation, improves the quality of material retention, and fosters the development of communication skills necessary for future professional activities.
