ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ ТА ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ ЦИКЛІВ У БЕЗПЕРЕРВНІСТЬ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНИХ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЕЙ МАЙБУТНІХ ЛІКАРІВ

У статті обґрунтовано концептуальні засади безперервного формування професійних компетентностей здобувачів вищої медичної освіти на основі інтеграції управлінського циклу PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) та циклу експериментального навчання Д. Колба. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю вдосконалення компетентнісно орієнтованої медичної освіти відповідно до сучасних міжнародних стандартів, що передбачають поєднання інституційних механізмів забезпечення якості освіти з індивідуальною траєкторією професійного розвитку здобувача. Методологічну основу становлять компетентнісний, системний, процесний і діяльнісний підходи, аналіз міжнародних компетентнісних рамок (CanMEDS, WFME, ACGME, HLA, ACHE, ESCO) та сучасних моделей медичної освіти. Запропонована модель поєднує інституційний механізм управління якістю освітнього процесу з педагогічним механізмом розвитку компетентностей через набуття практичного досвіду, рефлексію, концептуалізацію та активне застосування знань. Доведено, що інтеграція циклів PDCA та Колба забезпечує формування подвійного контуру безперервного вдосконалення, у якому результати індивідуального навчання стають основою для оновлення освітньої програми, а вдосконалене освітнє середовище створює нові можливості для професійного розвитку здобувачів. Наукова новизна полягає у створенні інтегрованої багаторівневої моделі, яка синхронізує процеси управління якістю освіти та безперервного розвитку професійних компетентностей. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості використання запропонованої моделі під час проєктування та модернізації освітніх програм, удосконалення внутрішніх систем забезпечення якості, оцінювання програмних результатів навчання, розвитку клінічної, управлінської, дослідницької та цифрової компетентностей майбутніх лікарів відповідно до сучасних міжнародних вимог
